Hospitality 101
Hospitality 101 teaches your team the importance of understanding and cultivating meaningful relationships with guests. This course explores the principle that we are in the entertainment industry and examines guest expectations—where they originate and how they evolve.
We emphasize building a culture in which every guest feels seen, welcomed, and confident they are in the right place from the moment they walk through your doors.
Our primary objective is to inspire your entire team to recognize the impact they have on each guest and to consistently seek opportunities to elevate the overall guest experience.
Service 101
Service 101 focuses on the elevated standards of everyday service. From professional table presence and confidently guiding guests through a menu to effective problem-solving and comprehensive product knowledge, this course refines the fundamentals that distinguish good service from exceptional service.
Participants leave with practical tools and renewed inspiration to ensure every guest feels valued, special, and genuinely cared for.
Beverage 101
Beverage 101 establishes a strong foundation in wine and beer education. The course covers how both are produced—from start to finish—while exploring why wines differ from one another and how variations in the brewing process create distinct beer styles.
Your staff will leave with the confidence and knowledge to thoughtfully evaluate any bottle of wine or beer in your establishment, ask the right questions, and fully understand the product they are presenting to guests.
